We stayed there before and after coming back from a jungle trip and it just felt like coming back home. Highly recommended!

Of course, you have to understand that this place is in the middle of Amazonias. This means that you can meet all kinds of bugs, reptiles or even monkeys in the trees but that’s what makes your stay here unique.

The rooms are comfortable and the hammocks are a great way to unwind after a long day. Leo took us on amazing adventures and when conflicts with scheduling happened, he saw to it that we were well taken care of. He speaks some English and we speak some Spanish, but it was only a small obstacle and it didn’t take away from the tours. Leo is incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the area and Elizabeth is an amazing cook. It felt like they had included us as family during our stay. Thank you for taking such great care of us during our adventure. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

Eco Hostel RENASE in Leticia biedt accommodatie alleen voor volwassenen met een tuin en een barbecue. It's a very quiet place, great to sleep, to rest and to medidate. It's surrounded by the forest. The food is delicious and tipical of the Amazon.

Hostal Ebenezer Macedonia bevindt zich in Macedonia, in een gebouw dat dateert uit 2018, en biedt een tuin en kamers met gratis WiFi. Probably the best hostel in the entire Amazon! Not only are the owners and their entire family extremely kind and helpful, the food is also amazing and they are the only place in Macedonia (the village) with uninterrupted electricity and high speed internet thanks to solar panels and Starlink (satellite internet). I got quite a bit of work done during my stay and was also able to relax. The hostel is located at the edge of the village (about 5 min walking from where you arrive by boat), which means that it's very quiet and peaceful.

Life around the area delighted us. It was an incredible place. You really should go and stay here if you want to live the jungle.
