If the location & room itself wasn't enough, the view was INCREDIBLE: overlooking a residential neighborhood with panoramic views of the mountains! The internet was strong & the balcony added some nice outdoor space; 3 minute walk to the heart of Salento. Felt extremely safe. Arranged transport for us to Pereira airport which was worry-free.

The location was excellent. Having on-site parking was a big plus. The friendliness of the staff was superb, especially "Canela" the 24/7 host pup. The hot water on demand was amazing and our room was clean and as described. Good for a short or long term stay

The property is beautiful - it is so well kept and the surrounding area is gorgeous. The staff were amazing and incredibly attentive, especially Fanny and Andres. The restaurant prices were very reasonable and the staff were super accommodating with meal requests. We had a great stay.
