Featuring pool with a view and views of river, Chateau d'Estrac is a guest house situated in a historic building in Hastingues, 29 km from Dax Train Station. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, the grounds are stunning and the hosts were so accommodating and warm. We loved wandering about the courtyard with the ducks and the resident cat. Watching the sunset over the river and eating dinner at night in the garden was enchanting, and we happened to be visiting on a night when a local food truck was parked right outside the chateau in the main village square so we could enjoy fresh Breton crepes and panna cotta without leaving the property. We can’t thank the hosts enough for how great they were.

Everything was so well thought out and organized. Very relaxed and spacious. The location was perfect. You can park your car and not use it during your stay! You can easily walk to the beach from the house. The dune du pyla is only a 20 mins drive away!! We loved the darts, the use of the children's body board and the skim board. Thank Mathieu and Louna for a fantastic stay. And a huge well done Mathieu for visualizing and realising this incredible place! It's obvious that alot of love, care and thought has gone into it. I booked this with my two boys who are 14 and 11 as I wanted them to experience staying in a hostel. To help open their eyes to a travelling world and how hostels work. They absolutely loved it. Fully recommend!!
