The facilities were new and clean. The gentleman at reception was very polite, friendly, and helpful. He gave us a map and several tips about the city, as well as coffee and cookies while we waited for the room to be ready. Every day, there were brownie-like sweets at reception, and in the room they replenished a bottle of water and a delicious chocolate daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and stocked with toiletries, and the shower worked very well (it was large, and the temperature control was excellent). The hotel is well located—25 minutes on foot from Princes Street, with a bus stop just a few steps away. Highly recommended.

I definitely recommend this guest house - there is a nearby bus stop, buses that take you straight to the city center for under 20 mins. Also, there is a big shopping center, just 5 mins walking distance, where you can find pretty much anything you need. The best value for the money we paid! Thanks again, Alia 💛

The property was close to the tram line and very easy to get to. The room was lovely with 2 twin beds, which was very much appreciated!
