The staff went out their way to make our trip more memorable. The location of the hotel is a 1km walk from the city centre, but on route you will find plenty of great bars and restaurants. We loved every moment of our stay and would definitely return when we find our way back to Ubud.

It was near the main road and just a short walk to the palace. Ample eateries and shopping nearby. The staff was welcoming from the time we checked in. Room was spacious. The bed was comfy, but was on the "Asian" soft side (not quite like the pillow-top beds we have at home - a bit more firm than we like, but certainly softer than many we've experienced in Asia). There was a refrigerator in room that was great for keeping drinks and leftovers. Filtered water was readily available throughout the property.

Heads up: Don’t leave anything on the balcony, because monkeys may come to visit.
