Great location (buses to centre and airport nearby), super friendly owners, comfortable and clean room. Travelling solo, for me it was perfect.

Very lovely guest house with the kindest host. Very clean, big kitchen you can use and a separate dining room (which was great so you don’t bother other people). Our kids loved the back yard which had a small football court.

All guest rooms will provide guests with a wardrobe and a coffee machine. We liked everything. The initial welcome in the sitting room was a beautiful touch. Adrieni, our host was incredibly attentive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The property offers soundproof units and is located 13 km from Portmarnock Golf Club. It locates by the motorway, however, so quiet. Shoes less policy is great. It makes clean room and can be relaxed. Without doubt, the best B&B where I have stayed. I hope I would come back again.

The award-winning Number 31 in Dublin is a guesthouse in a classical Georgian townhouse. St Stephen’s Green is a 5-minute walk away. The property features a sunken guest lounge, with leather seating and an open fire. Great service and wonderful location. Walking distance to so many things. Wonderful staff and beautiful decor. The breakfast was unbelievable. 5 stars to everyone involved.
