It has hot water (not just luke warm like in some other places I stayed in Bodhgaya), comfortable beds and is reasonably quiet. I truly felt the warm and welcoming spirit of the Dwarka Home Stay, thanks to Monu. He is the heart and soul of the place, always taking great care of all the guests. He paid special attention to me when I faced a series of challenges (luggage lost by airline and problems with booking a plane) during my stay. Monu was supportive, made countless phone calls, and provided assistance whenever I needed it. I am so grateful to Him and the wonderful team here. Their hospitality made my stay truly memorable, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring and comforting environment. Thank you for everything!

The room was clean and comfortable for a budget option. The staff were all very kind and super helpful. Anuj spent hours one night trying to book us train tickets, and didn’t charge any commission. They run a not-for-profit school for disadvantaged youth, of which they are more than happy to give you a tour. And they will make a home cooked breakfast or dinner for you with advanced notice.
