It's not far from the beach (15 minutes walking) and pretty close to the market and restaurants. It's a nice and quiet place, where you can have a rest after noisy big cities. Edward is very kind and he always helped whether we needed some cutlery or some advise. He also helped to book a taxi for the airport. The room is pretty spacious and clean. One time the neighbours were a little noisy, but Edward helped to solve this question. In general it's a quiet place and you can close the windows and have a really good sleep.

The room was very clean, AC and Wi-Fi were completely faultless. Bed was comfortable and the caretaker was extremely lovely. The location was good as was towards the quieter end of baga so felt like a little retreat at the end of the day. Was also good location to get to the baga cliffs which have quieter bars and restaurants which we recommend highly. Especially ‘go with the flow’. Owner of the property was very active on WhatsApp and helped out instantly with whatever we needed.

Situated within 1.9 km of Miramar Beach and 13 km of Basilica Of Bom Jesus in Panaji, Vivenda Rebelo offers accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. The property is located in a very peaceful area but still within 25 minutes walking distance of the city centre. Deric was a great host, very welcoming and helpful and the best in 6 years travelling in India. He sent us recommendations on what to do and made sure we had everything we needed. A very good breakfast was served across the road in Soul Curry and Deric was there each morning to make sure we were well looked after. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a private entrance. The sleeping area was on a mezzanine level with the bathroom and a small kitchen area on the ground floor. There was a lovely shaded balcony accessible from the mezzanine.
