This property and Mr Edward is a gem that we found in goa. He offered us his best room actually he showed us all rooms that were available and made us choose the room we wanted and ofcourse we choose the best. The room had everything that is listed in the description. The room was clean, it had glasses, plates, electric kettle, fans, AC, chairs, table, balcony, extra mattresses, towels, waterbottle, refrigerator. We took our own car but parking was not an issue. Mr. Edward helps in every way possible. The only con was that all charging points were not working otherwise the property was flawless.

We liked the big rooms and good ac. Jack was very nice and helped with everything we needed like laundry service. It is close to the beach and other restaurants. I would go here again next time.

It felt like home! Banty and Hailee are just amazing hosts, the vibe was super nice :) it's just a walking distance from the beach and even though the place is small there is space for everything you need

A charming hotel with wonderful staff. You could really feel that they cared a lot about their guests. The restaurant was also very good, we had most dinners in the hotel's garden. A green, relaxing and quiet place.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the beach is 3 minutes walk away. The room was large and clean, quiet air conditioning and fan and a good size balcony.

Glen is super friendly, he helped us out with transport, gave us some good tips for eating and even let us take a shower before we went on the airport. Super welcoming family and a must stop in candolim.
