If you are passing through Villa San Giovanni either going to or from Sicily, you should not even think of staying anywhere else but here! Honestly. Filly, the owner, is extremely friendly, and my room was so immaculately clean and neat and modern and comfortable. And the huge kitchen/sitting room is incredibly well equipped. Xenion is very close to the ferry dock. Great lighting, extremely comfortable bed, fast wifi, roller shutters on all the windows, nice air conditioning. I can’t recommend any place more than this one, and I stay at so many Booking.com places all over the world, especially in Europe.

They are such kind-hearted and fascinating hosts. Their newly renovated B&B, nestled in the charming town of Tortora (just 5 minutes from the sea and 20 minutes from the mountains), is a true gem of comfort and warmth. From the moment we arrived, it felt so inviting and cozy that we could easily imagine it as our own! 😉 Be sure to ask about their dinner menu—you won’t regret it. The food is absolutely delightful and adds an extra touch to the wonderful experience. We can’t wait to return!
