This is a beautifully preserved old house, yet equipped with modern air conditioning, bathroom, and kitchen facilities. The space is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a garden and a traditional storehouse. It’s not suitable for a rushed one-night stay — ideally, you should spend 2 to 3 days here to truly experience the architecture and lifestyle of the old house. The building itself is of historical value, and its previous owners have interesting stories. Simply put, you can think of this place as a small museum. Additionally, Murata Town, where it’s located, is also well worth a visit.

Also, a short morning walk to visit Cat Island in the morning and then I visited the Manga Musuem. The room itself was clean, large and Japanese style, which I enjoyed. One of my favorite stays in 30 days of being in Japan.
