Hosts: absolutely wonderful - Taiki and team were extremely helpful and consistently went the extra mile to make our stay great, and everyone is really nice and fun to chat to; we couldn't have asked for more. Room: Clean, warm, spacious, quiet, and shower was amazing; high bed meant suitcases could be slid under it and stored out of the way. Facilities: the best drying room in any ski lodge or hotel I've ever stayed in, items left in the drying room overnight were bone dry the next morning with no mustiness; kitchen and main lounge great also. Location: close to shuttle bus to main gondola, 10m walk from town centre; hosts also drive guests up to gondola in the morning and onsen across the road for which hotel supply towels. Overall, highly recommend.

松本はなれ Matsumoto HANARE - Japanese style private bedroom Guest hause está en Matsumoto, a 17 min a pie de Estación de Matsumoto, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de... La atención de la dueña de la residencia es espectacular, si bien solo habla japones ella tiene su traductor digital con el cual es facil de entenderla. La habitación que nos tocó era amplia y muy comoda, contaba con un balcón. La residencia tiene tatami tradicional y es muy calido.

Nawate Guesthouse dispone de salón de uso común, terraza, restaurante y bar en Matsumoto. Hermosa Guesthouse, muy cálido el espacio y su gente. Muy buena ubicación. Tiene cocina completa, lockers, se puede trabajar tranquilamente y está siempre impecable.

Cafe&stay CASTANA se encuentra en Matsumoto, a 3,4 km de Estación de Matsumoto y a 6,1 km de The Japan Ukiyo-e Museum. El alojamiento es una cafetería con mucho encanto y muy cómoda si se viaja en familia o en grupo. Esta en una zona muy tranquila, pero con bastantes tiendas y restaurantes a los alrededores. Kaneda y el resto del personal fueron muy amables, incluso nos acercaron en coche al centro para visitar la zona del castillo.

Hakuba Matata Lodge está en Hakuba, a 10 km de Estación de esquí Tsugaike Kogen, y dispone de alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis y bar. Location of the lodge was great, easy walking distance into Echoland and a snow shuttle bus stop not far from the front door. The lodge is well appointed and the family room is very accommodating. Breakfast was great served in the lounge area which was available for use at any time with complimentary tea/coffee. The owner was so helpful with suggestions and tips prior to our arrival and the staff looking after the lodge were so friendly, very helpful and extremely customer focused. I would highly recommend the lodge.

The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us with our logistics. I can't thank them enough! The breakfast was delicious and was unique everyday. Can't wait to come back.

The place is very clean, and the amenities are extremely comfortable. The hosts are incredibly kind—they even picked me up from the Liyama station. This is an excellent accommodation if you’re planning to go skiing, as the host is kind enough to drive you to the Liyama station, where you can catch a bus to your preferred ski resort.

Possibly the best stay at a Guest House I have ever had...and I've been to a few! Incredible hospitality, we felt so treated. The team shuttle you around, make sure you're looked after and reserve the best restaurants in the area. The breakfast was really good, it was warm and cosy, and the baths were amazing after a long day skiing. Honestly can thank the guys enough for such a special and fantastic stay.
