Tony's place is a must stay for Jaffna. Located an easy 25min walk from the centre of town, it also has all the essentials nearby (shops, restaurants etc). Very clean and everything you could need. I stayed twice and Tony is very helpful with directions and recommendations plus is always up for a chat. There's lots to explore in Jaffna, but it is also nice to have a restful place to come back to and recharge. Thanks Tony!!

Allen's place is a little oasis in the middle of Jaffna. We loved our stay! The room and bed are very comfortable and the breakfast made fresh every morning by Allen himself. The staff was really friendly, the lady working there helped us with everything and was very considerate. There are a lot of sitting areas where I could study and not be bothered by the noise from the city. We ended up staying longer than our booking and this was not a problem.

A very good common kitchen with drinking water, coffee making facilities, refrigerator, tv etc. Spacious courtyard in front of the room, my kids enjoyed playing there. Mr Prasath and family, the owner of the property are very caring, friendly and a good person, who helped us to easily get into the location and arranged our return by tuk tuk guided for good food. There are nearby restaurants that serve authentic jaffna foods at a moderate rate. The location is very convenient for moving to and from the city, etc. Old and famous temples nearby as well.
