Quiet spot near Lion’s rock. Staff were ready to help at a moment’s notice and ready to fix anything for me. They helped book affordable transport and outings to Pidurangala rock and Minneriya Park. They weren’t upset when I said the WiFi wasn’t fast enough or the eggs were too salty— they helped me fix the problems immediately and I had fast WiFi and tasty eggs! Less than a 5-minute drive from the city center, this hotel is nestled on a vast plain, creating a tranquil escape. Its location is convenient for Sigiriya (approximately a 30-minute drive), downtown Dambulla, and the cave temples. The room was comfortable, the amenities worked flawlessly, the garden setting was delightful, and the staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and highly recommended! For such a reasonable price, with such a good accommodation and breakfast, and a prime location, it's truly excellent!

We stayed in 8 different hotels and homestays during our trip and this one was the best by far. The couple managing the facility had a great job to create a very special environment and experience. The rooms were very clean, decorated with flowers etc. The breakfast was the best. They gave us great tips, suggestions for our trip. We felt like we are part of the family. The facility is very close to the Dambulla Cave Temple but it is also in a very silent corner with a great garden. You can see monkeys, giant squirrel, birds and other wildlife just around the facility. We definitely suggest this place to anyone traveling around Dambulla.

Don't think twice about staying here. Lakshita and his family are lovely and kind people, always smiling, the mum cooks delicious food, the breakfast that is included is big and also delicious! The quality here exceeds the price, really. Lakshita arranged everything to go to Pidurangala, he took me to Dambulla, and also to an amazing safari where I saw tons of elephants, everything also at good price. I'm glad I found this place and I wish many blessings to this family.
