Perfect stay at Iguana Azul in Chefchaouen My friend and I stayed at Iguana Azul for three nights and absolutely loved it. Our room was spotless, fresh, and felt almost new. The bed was huge and super comfortable, with two separate blankets — no fighting over the covers at night! There was also air conditioning, which made it even more comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist with anything — whether it was questions about things to do in the area or helping us book a cooking class or hammam visit. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and the rooftop terrace is a beautiful, peaceful place to relax. The location is perfect too: right in the heart of Chefchaouen’s charming little streets. We truly felt at home and taken care of. This place is a gem and we’ll definitely come back. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated, with a lovely atmosphere throughout. The service was excellent—staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the main street and some great spots for taking photos. The air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus. Breakfast on the terrace was a nice touch—tasty and relaxing. Highly recommend!

The house is located in an interesting area — the view of the mountains from the window is definitely a highlight. The only thing breaking the silence is the sound of birds singing, which adds to the charm. The interior is pleasant and well-designed overall. The room was cozy and clean, with a private balcony featuring a power outlet, bar stools, and a beautiful view of the town and mountains. We arrived by car — the GPS led us right to the house, and there’s private parking available nearby. However, the road can be a bit tricky and bumpy in some parts. You can walk to Chefchaouen in about 15–20 minutes, but the way back is uphill, which can be quite tiring, especially in the heat. The service was absolutely amazing — the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Even late at night, they were available and helped us double-check our route. It truly felt like visiting distant family — that’s how warm and welcoming everything was. We also ordered dinner — it was delicious, authentic, and served with great music and a breathtaking view. I recently stayed at Riad Chengli in April and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Their helpfulness made a significant difference, providing great recommendations for local attractions and dining. The room was clean, spacious, well-appointed, equipped and offering all the comforts I needed. The bed also was lined with electric blanket to make sure my comfort during the cold night. The riad’s location was perfect, many local restaurants nearby and not far from the main road for transportations, making it easy to explore nearby sights. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning, which was a great way to start the day. The staff, alongside the owner, made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this riad for anyone looking for a friendly and accommodating place to stay.

CASA TROUSSI is gelegen in Chefchaouene, in de regio Tanger-Tetouan, op 19 minuten lopen van Khandak Semmar. The location of the riad is amazing! 2 minutes from the entrance to the Medina,near the central square, shops, cafes. The view from the room window is magnificent. The hotel and the room itself are decorated in Chefchaouen style, very beautiful and authentic. The owner is really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also superb, served on a lovely terrace overlooking the city.
