We were upgeaded free of charge and when we mentioned we could not have breakfast Because of an early flight they offered us airport transfer instead! The reception lady was amazing and so was her coworker who helped with our bags! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Firstly, to be met at the airport and taxi'd to the hotel was reassuring for a Male first-timer. Even at midnight, the roads were hectic with a million scooters zipping everywhere. On arrival at Sala, Rose and Thomas were excellent and attentive guests. Though rustic, the room was very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a good night's sleep. It was very quiet given it's urban location. Even though a busy area, Sala was off the main road that several of the hotels are on. We were too late for dinner, but i look forward to returning to try Sala Thai restaurant. The breakfast was outstanding: fresh fruit, yoghurt, a selection of fresh breads, coffee and juice in a dining setting.

The property was immaculately clean, with a very modern and stylish design throughout. The air conditioning was excellent — a real bonus in the Maldivian heat — and the hot water worked perfectly, which made our stay extremely comfortable. What really made the experience stand out was the incredible staff. They were consistently helpful, always checking in to see if we needed anything and treating us with genuine warmth and kindness. Our room was cleaned daily, and the service felt personal and attentive. When it was time to leave, the entire team assisted us with our luggage and made sure everything went smoothly, even walking with us to meet the taxi (which was just a 2-minute walk due to the narrow roads). The location is also perfect — close to key landmarks and with a good selection of restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the area. I would highly recommend Lemon Rock Comfort Maldives to anyone visiting. It’s a fantastic value for money and offers everything you’d want for a relaxing, well-cared-for stay. Would definitely return!

Located within 400 metres of Eastern/ Hulhumale beach and 7.3 km of Henveiru Park, Reef Guest House provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Male City. It is set 7.5 km from Villa College QI Campus and offers a shared kitchen. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. We booked last minute our stay after an early morning speed boat ride and late evening departure and the place was much better than our hotel where we stayed in arrival in Male. The hosts are amazing people, contacted us directly on What's App and made us feel welcomed, apartment was big and very modern, comfortable, it looked much better in real life than photos. Central location on the nearby airport island and hosts showed us around the area, the bus was just across the street and location super safe with many restaurants and small shops, souvenir shops and beach nearby. We arranged a transfer directly with hosts as it was much better than to take a taxi. Would definetly come back.

The owner was very attentive and also helped us book a taxi to the airport and was happy to chat if we had any questions. Mini fridge with supermarket prices. Everything was very clean. It was just a quick stay over for us because we had an early flight. Was perfect for that 👍🏼
