It's a very nice, safe feeling area, within 30 minutes relaxed walk to the centre of Utrecht, with nice cafés and restaurants within a 5 to 15 minute walk. It's on loads of bus routes if you don't feel like walking. I would definitely recommend staying here.

There was a basic breakfast available with butter (selfmade?) and jam. Really delicious and perfect for us, as we arrived late in the evening. The location is in the middle of green fields and a nice landscape. With the Uber it’s around 20€ to get to Utrecht. Really positive was the fact, that there were free bikes available, which can be used. Only the lights were not working, but this was okay during the day. Furthermore the host Stefan was really kind and helpful with a sightseeing tour for Utrecht and other recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay. Can highly recommend to stay with them.
