Bellrock Lodge está en Russell, a 12 min a pie de Long Beach y a 400 metros de Iglesia de Cristo. We liked Bellrock Lodge and this little village so much, we even extended our stay! :) It is worth staying longer in Kororareka Russell and especially at Bellrock Lodge, so let us tell you why: Bellrock Lodge is situated on a little hill (if you walk, there are a few steep meters) and because of that, you will have the most amazing views from your terrace over the coast. On clear days you will even see as far as Waitangi. The apartment and the terrace are quite spacious, even the bathroom offers more than usual space in rental properties. It is very nice equipped. The garden is beautiful so you also see beautiful garden greenery from the terrace. The hosts Catherine and Stuart are very kind and responded fast via WhatsApp. Their sweet dog Piper was also a great host and excited to offer play time with her favorite football and such :D Catherine and Stuart were always very hospitable, so for instance, if you get in a morning rain like us, getting new towels is easy peasy, just a message/call away ;-) The Lodge offers great amendities: laundry, dryer, DVD Library (great selection, we loved it), CD and Book Library aswell... To top it off, the Whirlpool and BBQ area are great, with superb views also. We loved to enjoy the Spa, especially on rainy days. In addition to that, we highly appreciated how thoughtful everything is equipped, there are umbrellas in the driveway, wineglasses from plastic for the Spa, different chairs (even comfy reading/TV chairs), more than 2 different towel sizes and many more things like that.. We have travelled a lot and Bellrock Lodge is one of our favorites. You nearly forget, that you are at a self-service accomendation because everything is so thoughtfully done. It is worth staying longer, you can experience a lot in the area, walk to the beaches from Bellrock if you want to, get groceries and have great restaurants/cafés in town.

Tiny on Access está en Kerikeri, a 21 km de Opua Forest, y dispone de alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Absolutely loved staying here , so cozy and warm. The little details make a big difference. It was pouring with rain when we got there and the host pre heated it for us can't thank you enough.

The Waterfront Studio Opito Bay está en Kerikeri, a 37 km de Opua Forest y a 16 km de Kemp House and Stone Store. Beautiful, comfortable accommodation for two with a spectacular outlook in a beautiful and quiet location, and amazing hosting, make this one of the best accommodations we've ever enjoyed in NZ. This is a self-contained accommodation unit for two in a quiet location adjoining the host's house. The unit is new, beautifully furnished, well-appointed and very comfortable. The view overlooks Opito Bay from a height, and has a spectacular outlook into the wider Bay of Islands with outside dining and sun loungers. Alan is a generous and very thoughtful host who has created a wonderful guest experience full of detailed touches to make a comfortable, easy stay. There is a toaster, microwave and Weber BBQ, but it's worth noting is that the unit doesn't have full self-catering facilities: it lacks a hob, oven and kitchen sink. But Alan more than makes up for this - he does the washing-up, and provides a beautiful array of breakfast supplies every morning, including plenty of delicious fresh fruit. There's delightful complementary selection of cold drinks in the fridge on arrival, and an assortment of tasty snacks. It's absolutely outstanding! The location in Opito Bay is quiet, about 15 minutes from Kerikeri. There's a small network of beautiful trails through the bush around the end of the peninsula walkable from the unit, with a spectacular view at the lookout and a beautiful sheltered cove for swimming and snorkelling on the north side. The Kerikeri peninsula is a hotspot for kiwi, and we heard one close to the unit one night.

Fantastic space with everything you need for a weekend away. The property was squeaky clean and to top it off had an excellent host! Paradise on The Strand está en Russell, a 16 min a pie de Long Beach y a 500 metros de Iglesia de Cristo. Ofrece alojamiento con terraza y wifi gratis, además de parking privado gratis. I don’t know how this accommodation could be any better - it’s location on The Strand, the amazing view of the bay from the patio, the delicious, homemade breakfast delivered to your apartment every day, the most gracious, thougtful host. It was just wonderful. I told my husband, cancel the rest of our roadtrip around the North Island, let’s just stay here. Highly recommend!

Top of the Bay está en Paihia, a 14 min a pie de Te Ti Bay Beach y a 11 km de Opua Forest. Ofrece alojamiento con terraza y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento, además de parking privado gratis. This studio has an incredible view. The Hostess was most lovely, kind and helpful. The location is outstanding. We walked into town, watching the boats coming in and out of the harbor from the room and wonderful porch. The Studio is very well equipped. We were super happy and grateful to be staying in this gem of a place. It felt like home away from home. We extended our stay 2 times.... I guess that says it all:))) Thank you, thank you.

Taranaki se encuentra en Waihaha, a 31 km de Opua Forest, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y zona de barbacoa. The surroundings are tranquil. The view looking down to the inlets is inspiring. Great star gazing at night. We woke up to the birdsongs and had a peaceful breakfast while birdwatching on the patio. The separate “cookhouse” has a lot of charm. If it has been a rainy day, I would have a coffee and read a book here. Elizabeth is very thoughtful and caring. She provides adequate and quality items in the guest house. We completely enjoyed our stay and will not be hesitant to come back again.
