I was not sure what to expect, but I can honestly say that I felt that I was staying in a mini palace. It was super clean and comfortable rooms with a great bathroom. The location was perfect! I will stay here again when I return to that area. We truly enjoyed our stay. The owner was so hospitable and helpful in every way! Wonderful place!

We stayed here for a week with the whole family, and it was absolutely wonderful! Patricia and her assistant were amazing – so warm, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. The pool is stunning, with an incredible view, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. There were games and activities for both kids and adults, and every little detail in the place was thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere, the decor, the peaceful surroundings – everything made our stay truly special. We had such a great time and are already looking forward to coming back!

Located in the centre of Manteigas, Casa D’Avenida is a newly renovated family house, sited within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. How welcome the owners are. Everything was super clean. The breakfast is sooo good and so are the fresh homemade cakes every morning

I liked everything: the room, the furniture, the central heating, the bathroom, the cleanliness, the mattress, the welcome (free) tea / coffee, the decoration, the breakfast (not included but with great food for a fabulous price), and the sympathy and availability of the staff.

Located in the Natural Park of Serra da Estrela, this 19th century building of granite stone offers traditional rooms with balconies. Good price. Good accommodation.in bungalows excellently equipped. Pool. Pet friendly. Hill top location, stunning views. Great hot buffet breakfast. One of the best places we've stayed on our Spain Portugal road trip. Nothing not to like

Located at the foot of the Serra da Estrela mountain range, in the town of Manteigas, this hotel offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi. Free parking is possible on site. An amazing fireplace kept us warm on cold evenings — we spent all our time in front of it. The hostess (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name) was kind and welcoming, and helped us with everything we needed. There’s also a large parking area, so no need to worry about that. I recommend to try goat cheese at the breakfast.
