The place is simple but very comfortable, tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a very efficient shower. The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and to help. For example they offered a complimentary great lemongrass tea when we were back from our excursion, cleaned our walking boots from mud, etc. We had the best dinner we had in Rwanda (including much more expensive places).

Michael was provided very helpful advice regarding transport and directions, as well as insights into the culture of Rwanda. Since rain was a possibility, they offered the room and tent for us to use as we prefer during our stay. Also very good local food!
