It was very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom and sauna were super nice, the bed was good, all really perfect! We came to sweden at the exact time of storm hans, so our timing wasnt great and we had to sit inside a lot, but the owner did everything he could to make us comfortable. We could watch netflix, go to the sauna, cook, very nice!

Lilla Lyngabo is an off-the -beaten-path of a gem. The little cottage for guests is so cozy & inviting that one night is just too short of a stay. With an absolutely beautiful beach just 3 km away (don’t miss the sunsets!) and the town of Halmstad 10km down the main road, there’s plenty to do. But honestly, you will be hard pressed to stray to far from the tranquility of Lilla Lyngabo. If you are an American, Ulla (your host) can best be described as an approachable and down to earth Martha Stewart (without Snoop Dog). She has impeccable taste and everything she does is to perfection. Whatever you do, do not forgo Ulla’s 5 course meal; it is an experience you will not soon forget.

A very serene setting, where you can feel the breeze coming off the sea a short distance away. A beach is only a ten minute walk away. There is a horse pasture right next door, providing a relaxing sight. Food is excellent. We had both dinner and breakfast. Very good selection and very well prepared. We had the good fortune to have a conversation with several local residents, and share stories.

Pensionat Ekholmen se encuentra en Vessigebro, a 21 km de Grandes almacenes Gekås de Ullared, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. Arriving in a small town, situated car distance from shopping centers and Gekås. I found the stay at this hotel extremly comfortable and so did my large rottweiler. We had number 4, and i think it is the best view. The staff is adorable and the owner is super sweet and kind. I recommend you to chose this hotel for your stay, instead of the bigger ones. Quiet in the evening and safe. You will sleep like a king in their comfortable and clean beds. Smells good all around in the place. Housekeeping was perfection all around. The breakfast was generous and you could pick as you like from the refrigarator and nice plates with yummy!

We were a bit weary of the hotel, because it's not a part of a big chain, but on our way around Nordics that area made the most sense to stop overnight. And we're so glad we chose that hotel! The welcoming staff was truly exceptional - they pointed us to a really nice restaurant nearby and even got up early to fix us breakfast (we were departing before standard breakfast time). The breakfast was excellent. We had 2 rooms - both of them very comfy and clean. Fans were keeping the temperature down. There is a nice garden with tables to sit in the afternoon, car charging point was great for us with the electric car and supermarket nearby came handy for extra snacks. 10/10
