Not what you'd expect done an alley - but just 10min walk to Koa San Rd, we booked 2nights & wanted to extend 2 but they were full - which isn't surprising! Our Room was in separate building around the corner- looks recently done & very nice too- great shower & aircon, fridge in room, kettle in reception area with free tea/coffee etc, quaint vintage decor which is lovely to see & has a great feel about the place too. Breakfast was great! The manager & staff are fabulous & so friendly & helpful - would've extended if we could & would definitely stay again- which we may in a couple of weeks of they have availability!

The outdoor shower was a unique feature -- though only offering cold water, it added to the experience. Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, a delightful way to start the day. Overall, this homestay is perfect for travelers looking for a cozy, welcoming atmosphere with exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!
