The bed was clean and silky, the bathroom was awesome. The owner was nice and lovely.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, breakfast included is good, everything is clean (in the room but also outside on the balcony, entrance etc.). Easy to rent a good scooter for a cheap price that was really beneficial for exploring all parts of the island. Beautiful view in quiet surrounding just a short walk (or 20 second scooter ride) from the main road. There are dogs that bark but it’s out of enthusiasm, they are sweet and just want to say hello. When we come to this island again, we will 100% stay here again. We recommend this property, and a big thank you to the owner and her staff that made our holiday!

Max is amazing, The place is so lovely and you can tell he really cares. Everything was perfect, as mentioned by others, drinking water as much as you want, nicely decorated and he really does everything to make u feel at home. The eatery across from his guesthouse is really good. He recommended it and when I asked him where to buy fruits, he offered to bring me some from the market the next morning. He even brought more than I had asked for. Th am you for everything you wonderful man, wishing you all the best!

The room was beautiful, clean and had great air conditioning. The breakfast is delicious as well and always freshly made. Everything is very close by and you can even rent a scooter through the hotel. All the lady’s were super nice and helpful, they are all trying to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! I have nothing to complain, I would highly recommend this place to everyone who is thinking about going to Koh Lan! Thank you very much for having me and making this such a great experience for me! :)

The room has a microwave and dishes. But there is no hair dryer, I had my own. The electrical outlets are not very well located.In addition to the air conditioner, the room has a fan. Two windows, one with a balcony, although it has a view of a blank wall. But the description states that the room does not have a sea view.The staff is very friendly. There is a massage parlor, but I didn't use it. They didn't ask for a deposit when checking in, which is rare. I recommend it for a budget and comfortable stay.
