Wild Horse Inn ligt in Corolla, op 7 minuten lopen van Currituck Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Excellent location - a short walk to the Currituck Lighthouse & Maritime Museum & several places to eat. Beds were very comfortable & A/C system is quiet enough so it won't keep you up all night. Breakfast was great. We didn't have a chance to have dinner, but if breakfast is any indication, I'm sure the food would be great too. Banana Dog Cafe (a food truck run by the owners daughter on premises) makes the BEST coffee. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. A short (4 mile or so) drive into town for more shops & restaurants.

Island Guesthouse and Motel OBX heeft accommodatie met airconditioning in Manteo. Vriendelijk ontvangst, super locatie en heel erg fijn onderkomen. Kamer was super netjes en er hing een hele fijne sfeer.

The Inn on Pamlico Sound heeft gratis fietsen, een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad, een tuin en een privéstrand in Buxton. Great restaurant where staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the Shrimp and grits and soups. Our first experience of Outer Banks and we weren’t disappointed. Location for exploring excellent. Panoramic views of Sound at sunset. Enjoyed Wright Brothers Park and Duck.

A microwave and small refrigerator are also included as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.... Clean, modern and staff were exceptional. No elevator but luggage was immediately delivered to our room.
