Hilton Hotels in Leicester

The property is not well maintained there were stains in floor. There were no toiletries, not even water bottles was given or offered at hotel. This is no match with other Hilton hotel chain I stayed. I would not recommend this.

No facilities in the room, one of the worst stays at Hilton Leicester. I have stayed in other Hilton as well. But it was bad experience over all.

We stayed at the Hilton over night for my birthday treat and also we had to go for our wedding food tasting evening to choose for our forthcoming wedding breakfast that's included in our wedding package . I just want to shout out the chef Adrian your food you made was amazing thankyou we were so happy with our choices. Overall the staff at the Hilton are very friendly and accommodating to our needs . Breakfast was really good too . See you in June 😊

Nothing really. Very poor standard for a Hilton. The room was very basic we didn't even have shampoo and soap. Boring plain and tired. The pool had to be booked. We managed to get a slot but on the second day weee unable to. Very disappointing as this was why we booked it.

Great breakfast but that was it, the hotel is old, service was bad and when I asked for an adaptor I was told that they did not have them … and this is a Hilton hotel

I originally booked at the Days Inn but when I discovered that I can stay at the Hilton for only £30 more, upgrading was obvious and I cancelled the other hotel to stay here.

Food and drinks were over priced, i was questioned when i asked for a childs burnt pizza to be redone. Swimming pool was tiny, changing rooms dirty and full of hair and fluff on floor, not clean, leisure staff miserable. Toilets in bar area blocked, dirty, smelly. Bathroom in bedroom.had brown dirt all down the inside of door. 1 pillow per person and no extras in the room. Most staff were very helpful and welcoming. I expected alot more and much better facilities for a Hilton Hotel.
