The staff were excellent. This is the second time I have stayed at this Hilton, and the consistency of great service was impressive.

Set next to the iconic Wembley Stadium and set next to the historic Wembley Arena, the hotel is also located adjacent to the London Designer Outlet.

Hi there, i stayed in the Hilton hotel on park lane twice now and its better every time i go there and will be there again soon the room was lovely the bar on the 28th floor and the view was breath taking i think the Hilton hotel should maybe a 6* Hotel, and of course the staff were brilliant thank them all of them Once again thank Hilton hotel on park lane for a great stay

It was very comfortable clean, great service and excellent breakfast! Gym section along with sauna and steam room was top activity in the evening.

Hilton London Metropole has an executive lounge. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Oxford Street, and just 600 metres from Paddington Station.

Perfect location, big rooms, very nice staff, excellent breakfast.

I’d seen many a bad review of this place with it being loud, etc. I can’t agree with any of those comments, the staff were nice and helpful. The lounge for dinner was open and airy, and the food was great. The room was comfortable, warm but not too hot and the bed very comfortable. Then the breakfast - anything you could want was available. Great stay, I would recommend and I’d stay here again
