I would like to thank the wonderful receptionist Catalina from Moldova. She was extremely helpful, very kind and professional, she deserves all the praise. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel's location is great, right next to Wembley Stadium where we came to watch a boxing match.

The nicest people in the reception. Arrived from Heathrow in the morning was able to early check-in in spite of the hotel being full in the previous night. It's the most convenient hotel in London if your travel plans include flying to Heathrow short stay in London and then picking train to western destinations like Oxford, the Cotswolds, Bath, Wales or Cornwall.
