Hilton Hotels in Stoke on Trent

A good fresh new Hilton hotel in Stoke. Helpful staff at reception however the hotel is let down by the lack of a decent coffee machine!

I liked everything, I enjoy staying at hilton hotels. The experience is amazing.

Offering was acceptable, but not outstanding. I wasn't very hungry so didn't sample a lot of what was on offer for breakfast e.g. I didn't have any bakery products. I felt the orange juice wasn't of the highest standard. It was dispensed from a machine and tasted acidic as if made from concentrate. I drink better at home and expect the highest standards in a Hilton hotel.

2nd time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, again our stay was clean & comfortable. The facilities are wonderful, staff are friendly and welcoming and the location is perfect, lots of nice shops/good eats and attractions near by! Would highly recommend.
