I did not like NOT knowing there was a parking fee - $45 for valet and $37 for self-park? It should have been stated in Booking.com. It was not. The reception desk gentleman was fantastic. I wish I got this name. He was so helpful!

The room was absolutely incredible, I did not expect it to be that spacious and full of facilities like a full size fridge and a cooking hob. The bathroom and shower areas also were very spacious and more than I expected, I particularly appreciated the size of the shower cabin. Last, but not least, I was extremely well taken care of upon my very early arrival, being able to drop my bags off, and later a the moment of check-in. Also, when I departed, I was assisted with finding a rideshare to LAX, which I truly appreciated.

All the staff we interacted with were friendly and always willing to help. Our room 441, had all that we needed. Our beds were comfortable and the room spacious and clean. We had a wonderful time in the pool and spa during our stay. It was great to have laundry facilities available at a small charge. Breakfast was more than enough to satisfy our needs.
