The staff at check-in were unfriendly, and we had significant problems with the parking tickets, leading to a potentially unsafe situation. The sofa bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable, and despite three people staying in the room, we were only provided with two cups, one tea bag, and insufficient coffee, sugar, and milk powder. The third floor had a vile smell, and the carpets and walls were extremely dirty. This level of cleanliness was disappointing and not up to the Hilton standard.

Location is fantastic, overlooking the lake and mountains, lot's of restaurants/shops/ferry terminal, Train station just up the road too. And five min walk to view Freddie Mercury statue and 10/15mins to The Queen Museum. The room was very spacious, the bathroom had a shower over the bath, nice to have a choice. The view is breathe taking, loved the balcony with an adjustable canopy. Just a heads up if your from the UK, take some tea bags with you.

I was in Geneva for leisure with my family and this Hilton met and exceeded my expectations. Ballerina Receptionist was exceptionally coutious and helpful and proactive. Thanks Hilton.
