Was super clean. I made my reservation the same day and for that reason i arrived early than expected. They were cleaning the room and, as a curious costumer, i sat near the room’s door and watched how they weren’t only cleaning the room but detailing it. Cleaned all the inside of the drawers under the bed. As i waited i was delighted with the common area, the ambience had even the sound of nature. Smelled like heaven. Besides all that good things the interior design is wonderful. I will be staying again. The location is one of the best.

Very poor service in the restaurant , one hour waiting at tables, mixing Up food orders waiting a further 20mins numerous attempts to speak to staff etc etc not the standard you would expect from a Hilton

Was upgraded to larger room. Lots of supermarkets around the area. The reception staff were super helpful and friendly. Curious to know more about their sustainability efforts and progress, such as does the hotel use renewable resources for its energy needs, how is it conserving water during Spain’s drought.

Location. Close to the center but in very quiet neighborhood. Unlike other Hilton Group Hotels, very cozy & friendly atmosphere!

It is close to a large shopping mall in which you can get your daily supplies and gifts. The room is quite nice and spacious. Breakfast is decent. The restaurant downstairs also serves good food. My favorite part is the gym on the top floor. That's why it's called the canopy.

We spend only one night at Hilton airport Madrid. The hotel is only 10min driving from airport. Shuttle was well organized I liked the driver’s professionalism. Staff was excellent, we enjoyed the spacious room and comfortable beds.

I like Hilton hotels. The bedroom and bathroom disposition.

Very convenient to N1 motorway just north of Madrid and within sight of the mountains. Attached bar and restaurant full of buzz; clearly well regarded by locals. The hotel - which is quite old - is full of period furnishings and interesting curios. Ample parking.

I only stayed 1 night to catch a connecting flight from Madrid to Cali, Colombia, so the Hilton hotel made my stay very comfortable and accommodating indeed.
