Had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Hotel.

One thing I love was the breakfast, my children was very happy and the staff was nice and welcoming, it was really a great stay and anytime coming to Birmingham I will chose hampton by hilton Hotel again and again.

We always stay here, it’s in a great location and love having the parking too. The rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean. The breakfast staff are very efficient and friendly, they always do a great job and we live the breakfast options, thank you. I also love the fact we can come back after a show/event and relax in the bar and have food, such a great option and very welcome, this is why we always choose The Hampton by Hilton and my Hilton Honors membership, which they never ask me for or mention when I check in.

booked here by mistake should of been broad st hampton by hilton, staff were very nice and helpful and pleasant and could not do enough, hotel was clean and rooms were spotless no issues whatso ever and bar was cosy and comfortable, great that front doors secure room pass entry required to get into hotel in late evening.

This was our second stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at Birmingham Airport. We like staying there because of the proximity to the terminal, the excellent soundproofing and the in-room air conditioning all make for a relaxing stay.

it would be useful to add to directions that there is more than one Hampton Hilton hotel in Birmingham. we parked and arrived at B-road Street as per our sat nav. booking was for jewellery quarter. pouring rain. we got soaked finding a taxi.
