Conrad has the best location, because it is connected to the Pacific Place mall. We had access to the executive floor which was really helpful since we were traveling with a toddler. My husband and I would work or eat at the lounge while our toddler slept.

Location is fantastic, there are nice cafés and restaurants in walking distance and Pacific Place Shopping Centre accessible by the hotel's lifts. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff was nice and efficient. The Conrad had been around for quite some time (for Hong Kong standards) so it has a slightly old fashioned feel, but I liked that.

on arrival we were not given the room we asked, and the room smelled awful. they changed us to the ocean view room, but the room still had a curious smell.
