I like the fact that my name was on the screen upon arrival. I also like the fact that a rep texted me once I checked in and checked on me and made sure I didn’t need anything.

The staff was amazing and very attentive. From the front desk to the kitchen and bar to house keeping, they were as friendly as family. Truly a wonderful experience.

I like that it was downtown, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the suites are really nice and the breakfast was delicious (the women that were serving breakfast we nice and friendly). The overall atmosphere was great!
