A great find in Parma. We loved the quirky (to us), original townhouse house layout with 2 rooms per floor and the homely feel. Wonderful little garden with outside seating. It is in a quiet location, big park nearby and a quick walk across the bridges into the main old town, 15 minutes walk to the train station.

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully designed apartment right in the center of Parma. Before check-in, the host provided us with the most detailed and helpful instructions we’ve ever received - everything from how to get to the apartment and where to park (since it’s in a ZTL zone), to recommendations for local food and restaurants. We visited one of the suggested places and were absolutely blown away by the food - a truly unforgettable experience! The guide also included practical tips, such as how to find amenities in the apartment (like the washing machine) and how to sort the garbage properly. Even when we had questions during our stay, the host responded very quickly with clear and detailed answers. Every detail was carefully thought through, making our stay smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. Highly recommended!

Excellent stopover with lovely hosts who are really helpful and kind . Not the prettiest building from the outside but fantastic inside. Everything you need is there. Pizza restaurant round the corner and an excellent Ristorante just 4 minutes drive away near the Conad turnoff. Host keeps bees - the honey is a must buy 🤗

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, in a quiet area of ​​Parma. The owner was waiting for us to give us the keys and introduce the accommodation. It took 20-30 min. to get to the old town on foot, but there was also a bus stop nearby. For breakfast there were juices, milk, yogurts, some bread and cakes. We could also drink coffee from the coffee machine (capsules were provided). We did our shopping at Coop, which was a 5 min. walk from our accommodation. The owner was in touch with us and helped us immediately when we had problems with the electricity during our stay. We are very grateful, Elio, for a wonderful holiday in Parma!
