We are a family of 5. Parents and 3 boys 14,16,17 years old. The big villa was perfect for us. We are a very active family and we loved the very private swimming pool. The 3 bedrooms on the first floor were big and with airconditioning. The two bath rooms with showers and toilet were not that big or new but we don't care much about that. 1 shower was in a bath tub and I had a nice warm bath once. Kitchen and utilities were almost complete. My wife always want fresh coffee and not the Nespresso and there was no regular coffee maker but probably for the next guess there will be. The induction stoof was perfect for cooking milk or eggs. There was a dinner table inside and outside. There was a big couch inside. There were lounge chairs and beds outside. There was a bbq outside that we haven't tried out. The swimming pool was super nice and we could swim from early morning till late after midnight if we keep quiet but that was not easy with 3 high energy boys. There was also a cinema room with a super large TV screen with Netflix and internet. There was a washing machine that we used a couple times. We also got starter products like mosquito spray and local food products. The location was very good too. Supermarket and 2 restaurant/bars were a 5 min walk and the beach/boulevard was a 15 min walk. The neighborhood was calm and very safe for us and our rented car. The 2 host, a mother and a daughter, were super friendly and helpful if needed. We stayed here for 8 nights and we are completely satisfied and we will sure come back to this Villa Nevada if we would go for the holidays again to Mallorca. Spacious with everything you would need.

We are a family with 6, so our girls aged 24 and 15 had each their own room. And as gentlemen, our boys aged 17 and 15 shared a room. As parents, we had also our own room with a double bed. All bedrooms had an individual air condition, which was a good help in this hot period of the year. · For the car, there is individual space inside the protected area in front of the garage. The house has its own alarm system, which works very well, as 1 time, we forgot to close a window. Of course I do not publish details of this system, but telling, that it helped us feeling very secure. · The pool gave us a fantastical refreshment, either late in the afternoon or in the evening coming back from after dinner. There are various outdoor areas and we enjoyed them all. Most of the time we used the huge table/chairs next to the pool. Landlord was fantastic and so easy. Once a device broke- within 2h we had a new one. . The daily visit to the beach is fantastically easy. You walk maybe just 6 min, and you are on the beach. ESTAMOS A LA PLAYA :-) No need to say, that beach and water is highly enjoyable. But as well the fresh water shower on the beach, which made beach live even more enjoyable. · On the beach are areas with open space just in the sand and also areas, where you can rent the permanent installed sunbeds w/shader. But also you can bring your own sun umbrella and use your towels (meaning the towels of the villa). What we did, was buying at DIY store a Pop-up-Gazebo 3x3m and enjoyed space and shade throughout the day. With the complement of 2 beach chairs (bought in same shop), live was super fantastic. · Going out in the evening is easy - or difficult, in case you can`t manage to make decision having plenty of good choices. A tip is: to use upper floor restaurants, as the mosquitos do not/less bite up in the air. We loved having the dinner at Doble-A-Beach-Club located on the beach. · I am sure, we come back to have as much fun and enjoyment again !!!

Very helpful and professional support from the host, really fully equipped kitchen , very comfortable apartment with own entrance, with parking in front of the house, 2 bathrooms. The village is a perfect starting point to reach lovely beaches in the South Area

The villa was stunning, even more beautiful in real life, the pictures do not do it justice. We had a fantastic stay the host has thought of everything. Even down to the milk and bread etc on arrival. We all loved the pool and there was more than enough space that we were not falling over each other, I cannot fault the place, it is so close to Port Adriano too, just a short walk away. Would highly recommend the Tower Villa and the host was very friendly.
