We would definitely recommend this place to travelers seeking a quiet and private accomodation. We'd be happy to return in the future.

This house is amazing, we’ve spent five nights there and it has literally EVERYTHING you might need: you can cook, you have all the dishes, you have oil and salt and coffee and tea, and even new pair of gloves to wash the dishes. The kitchen table is comfortable for working with a laptop if you came not to hike but to live there a bit and you want to keep working. There is a strong AC and there is heating. The location is great, it’s in the very center, there are shops and cafes nearby. There is also a private parking, and at the same time the place is quiet. The terrace and the view are stunning. You can feel that the owner really loves the place and invests in it time and effort.

Mestia Sunrise Cottage - 3BR Mountain Retreat se encuentra en Mestia y ofrece alojamiento a 2,7 km de Museo de Historia y Etnografía y a 6 min a pie de Casa Museo Mikhail Khergiani. The house was perfect for us as a family — spacious, spotless, and truly feels like a real home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the wood stove was great with plenty of firewood, and the atmosphere was cozy and pleasant. The location is excellent — at the quiet end of Mestia, with a huge private garden and beautiful views. Although it’s near the road, it’s a calm one, so there’s no noise. The house can easily fit up to seven adults, just keep in mind there’s only one bathroom. The only thing we didn’t love was the shower, which doesn’t have a proper cabin and sometimes had an unpleasant smell. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations!

Brand new small cottages with living room / kitchenette plus bedroom and bathroom. High vaulted ceiling. Perfectly clean. Great-smelling wooden interior. Super friendly and helpful owner. Wonderful puppy to be friends with. I liked it so much I stayed 2 weeks. Oh, great location too, it’s nice after a long day of hiking to only have to walk 1 min to a good restaurant.
