Service is absolutely wonderful. Every person was nice and helpful. The cleaning ladies were lovely, reception staff very friendly and helpful, the bartenders and pool service was just fantastic. Finally the kids club staff was fun, kind and beyond wonderful. Thanks!

The staff, the location, the indoor swimming pool was plus on the hotel amenities.

This place is incredibly nice, for easygoing backpackers, if you want luxury it won't be your place but if you prefer to meet nice people, have a kind staff and you like nature it is great! The swimming pool was always clean, the food is simply but delicious! I would choose it again,no question!! The iguazu park is a 5-10min walk, the bus to the brazilian side is stop in the end of the street too, perfect!

Hotel is clean, comfortable and have everything you need. Breakfast is beautiful and have many options. Swimming pool is great.

Heated outside swimming pool, large bed, good shower, the exclusive Deville fragrance all around brings anyone to a calming state of mind and the amazing team that work they way to ensure we had all our requests met to a high standard service.

The reception is warm, with champagne and people make you feel very comfortable. All the area is beautiful and very relaxing, into the nature, with great facilities and a swimming pool that is really lovely.

The staff were incredible - all of them. They couldn’t be more helpful. Kids club (free) was fabulous - again, the staff made it! Rooms are modern, clean, good size… beds are very comfortable. Setting & hotel landscaping are gorgeous - clean lines & luxurious. Breakfast was the most glorious spread & even included bubbles! We stayed here for 5 nights & booked many trips (the driver who provides trip transport is also exceptional). Live music, beach bar, children’s entertainment…I highly, highly recommend this hotel.
