The first room we were given was small, musty, and dark, with a poor view. But we went back to reception and they found a much better room for us. It was larger, bright, very comfortable and fresh. There was nothing wrong with this new room. So just be mindful that not all rooms are the same, just like every hotel. The staff were great, and so were the cocktails and food in the rooftop bar. The best thing about this hotel is the stunning view of the Empire State Building from the rooftop swimming pool 😍

Great hotel, very well located near Times Square. Great spacious lobby and outdoor terrace bar and resteraunts. Lobby has bar, lots of comfortable seating and a kids play area with fuzzball table, puck game and 2 gaming chairs and screens with Fifa soccer and Mario cart. There was lots of entertainment, live music, DJ's in the lobby. Rooms were several floors above the lobby.

I liked the location and close proximity to a lot of entertainment and food.

Location, views, swimming pool

Young people who simply are looking for a place to rest or are used to hostels will have a good time. The location simply cannot be beat for about $100 a night. You're in the heart of Central Park with quick access to several lines to go anywhere in NYC. Lincoln Center offers plenty of options for entertainment, and the Rockefeller is about a 15 min walk. The nearby Shops at Columbus Circle and Nordstrom flagship offer top notch shipping while the Upper West Side has some of the best eats in the city.

The location is near to Times Square, bus tours, shops, and entertainment.
