Holiday Inn Hotels in Inverness

Stains on chair,stains on bathroom wall and floor, dirty shower tray. only one chair when there were 2 of us staying, on 2nd day housekeeping did not make the bed also didn't refill coffee ,tea and milk tray, when husband spoke to reception about it nothing was done and she was very dismissive. The cost being nearly £200 a night was definitely not worth the money and we won't be staying or recommending Holiday Inn to anybody or staying again very disappointed 😕

Good clean room and facilities. Large carpark. Good range of choices for breakfast. I have stayed at a number of Holiday Inn Express hotels this trip and they have not disappointed.

We were just here for one night prior to flying out of Inverness. The hotel is only a few miles from Inverness airport. The front desk staff kindly made us a reservation for dinner at the Snow Goose restaurant next door (not affiliated with this hotel). The room was small but adequate for just one night. Plenty of plugs/charging ports. Buffet breakfast was good, better than expected and way better than the Holiday Inn Express at Glasgow airport.

The staff were super friendly, and the hotel was extremely well run. Holiday Inn express Inverness was a nice surprise compared to other national chain hotels.

Our room was very small for a family room. The bathroom was in need of an upgrade. Cleanliness was lacking in areas in the room, i.e., bathroom and windowsill. Breakfast was average. The coffee was terrible. The location was fine. Overall we were disappointed and wouldn't stay again. We've stayed in other holiday inn express hotels which were much more modern and had no issues previously.

This Holiday Inn Express is a great find. it was recommended by friends who said everything we experienced. quiet, comfortable, value for money, a great breakfast & friendly staff.
