Holiday Inn Hotels in Northampton

I suffered a medical episode on the M1 and pulled off the motorway and stopped at the Holiday Inn Express Northampton. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. My daughter booked a room and stayed at the hotel with our dog whilst my wife took me by taxi to the nearest A&E hospital.

Spacial well equipped room which was cleaned very well everyday. Breakfast was as usual with Holiday Inn of great choice and hot where needed along with the all hotel staff being attentive and friendly.

I arrived well in advance of the usual check-in times as I had to be somewhere else but the super friendly reception staff were able to arrange an early check in for me. As an IHG rewards member I was also able to arrange a late checkout at no extra cost. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with plenty of free parking for hotel guests. Breakfast was included in my room rate and very nice.

Has a good stay at Holiday Inn Express Northampton, location was good for work trip and the breakfast was really good. I have used this hotel each time I come down to Northampton, and I will return back again.

I liked everything about my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Northampton - it was excellent value for money. We brought our dog with us and there was even a little welcome gift for him.

the staff that greeted me at reception were excellent and very friendly. particularly one lady called Kiera who went out of here way to anticipate needs - I stayed the next night at the Holiday Inn Rugby-Northampton M1, JCT.18, an IHG Hotel the next night which left a lot to be desired and could learn from the former express !
