Sri LankaHotel is in perfect location just walking distance to MTR. Room is very clean and room service is exceptional. Breakfast is good but same menu every day. It's great if the hotel can improve breakfast menu.
Amazing staff. Bell boys are so friendly and supportive. Front office is exceptional as the hotel was almost full during my stay. Front office team never kept us waiting, always attending to guest faster. Room service was exceptional. Thanks to house keeping our stay was pleasant and no hassles with the cleanness and sanitization.

Brand name of holiday Inn- frankly after booking very worry when i read a lot of negative review. However , after i satyed , here, meet the expectation. Staff is efficient n approachable ( front counter) .
Just .. hotel need refurbishment .

The location of the Holiday inn is great. Super close to food and drink options and right in the heart is Tsim Sha Sui, with close access to the trains to get you anywhere in Hong Kong. I would recommend upgrading from the standard room as the bedding is quite hard and uncomfortable. Room size is on the small size but standard for Hong Kong. Otherwise, everything was very clean and the staff were lovely!

All Internal facilities like Shower,Hot water, Tea, coffee,Milk pouch and iron are well set.

The location is best! All other aspects are perfect too. Special thanks to all the Staffs. From Counter to Concierge to Rooms Customer services. Very prompt and ever so friendly and ready to assist. Keep up the great attitude. Love staying IHG!!

We chose Holiday Inn Golden Mile because of convenient location on Nathan Road. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and kind enough to offer one level upgrade so we were on top floor (18th) and the room was more spacious than I have originally booked.

Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay is located at the heart of causeway bay where you can find most of the shopping centeres. It was the best choice especially as our main agenda was to shop. MTR was easily accessible as well as taxi etc.
