Holiday Inn Hotels in Osaka

Room was too tiny which is not like the usual Holiday Inn. Breakfast was same every day, wish there was a change of menu or alternate menus. Distance was fairly good.

This is a standard Holiday Inn Express hotel having most of the basic facilities to meet your basic needs. Walking distance from Dotonbori and other attractions is a bonus advantage. Got a very good price.

Customer Service: Check-in was easy and staff were helpful. They booked our outside massage service for us as well as our taxi to the airport. Pretty much what you would expect from a 3-star Holiday Inn.

Location is great just a quick walk away from the bridge. Staff was helpful assisting us to make booking for our dining. Bed was comfortable As IHG member we are able to extend our check out to 2pm

Rooms were filthy. Stains all over the carpet and chair. Dings and walls were all dirty. Beds were very old, used and very uncomfortable. I stay at IHG all the time in the states, and this was more like motel 6 standards.

Location near Dotoburi was great. Just a 1min walk to the Ferris wheel, food & shopping, yet it was quiet (rm 319). Holiday Inn has many American touches like Dove bathroom products.
