The consistency of all of the Holiday Inn expresses. I have never had a disappointing stay and I know that I could book at any Holiday Inn Express and the experience will always be the same.

Nothing, I accidentally book at this hotel thinking it was the Holiday inn on east I-40. When I arrived I asked the young lady if I could cancel and she said that I couldn’t.
So I did not stay and left directly.

Another excellent IHG hotel - welcoming check-in staff, quiet room on the first floor, good facilities including a microwave; comfortable bed, clean room, convenient parking.
