Holiday Inn Hotels in San Francisco

The best asset of Holiday Inn Golden Gateway is its location! It’s close to all bus stops and is in a safe area which is always an asset. The staff were all very nice, warm, accommodating and friendly. And giving us the extra hour to check out without having to pay extra was a bonus and very much appreciated. The hotel room also had all the amenities such as coffee maker, iron, etc. which made it all the more convenient. And of course having a pool!

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, Fisherman’s Wharf is a great location as there is plenty to do and see around the wharf area. Breakfast was included in the price which was just perfect.

Great location, good breakfasts. The location was perfect as we came to San Francisco to enjoy good food down at Fisherman's Wharf. It was fun taking the cable car into down town. The breakfasts are always a reason we like to stay at the Holiday Inn.

Staff are friendly, the location is good, and there is a Whole Foods Market nearby, no homeless around makes me feel safe. Super convenient traffic with the bus station. Enjoy the experience at Holiday Inn this time and definitely will recommend it to my friends.

It's way to expensive. For a Holidayinn I usually prefer to stay here. it was originally 174 for a night but ended up being over 300 . The don't tell you parking is additional 100$ . And is a bit of a walk from the wharf . For the price,I would have stayed somewhere closer and nicer .

BREAKFAST WAS THE SAME AS ALL IHG HOTELS WE HAVE STAYE AT SO THEY GET BORING

The front receptionist was amazing. Bainny sent above and beyond to help me. She even maintained her professional demeanor while dealing with two difficult customers. Even in the morning, the person who helped me was amazing. I will be staying here every time we come. I look forward to going to the Holiday Inn Express in other cities because the customer service was beyond my expectations.
