The Breakfast could not have been better. The woman, Sandra, who seem to be bringing all of the items out, was extremely polite and efficient.

We had a really pleasant stay. The location was good and the staff were really courteous and kind. The room was well appointed and comfortable. It was quiet as we were on the top floor and we didn't experience any noise from other guests in neighboring rooms.

Just 1.6 km north of San Francisco International Airport and a short drive from the city centre, this hotel offers free transfers to the airport and the BART Metro Train Station.

I stayed at the same brand hotel in San Mateo before, but I didn't expect much from this hotel located in South San Francisco, as I remembered that the building was very old. I was shocked when I checked in and entered the room. !! It's the same brand, but the dimension is completely different!! staff friendliness. The defect in the room was 10 points, but the mattress comfort was so comfortable that I could rest. While going out to go to a nearby supermarket for a while, the woman looked unwell when she saw the couple on the street shaking without a home. I gave them as a gift because I wanted to let them rest for a night. They didn't want to accept it, but they entered the hotel room. I felt more comfortable and grateful for the warmth with tears lol I immediately left the hotel. I hope you have a trip that will leave you with fun and happy memories~~~♡♡♡thank you

Breakfast would have been fine had it been replenished. Items such as oatmeal and plain bagels were all gone by 8:45 although breakfast is served until 9:30

Room was big, facilities are adequate. 2nd time staying here and this holiday inn never disappoints.
