Not up to the Holiday Inn Standard of before.

It was my first time staying in a Holiday Inn (Express) hotel, and it has made me want to stay in one again. I loved this hotel, from arrival to leaving the staff were so accommodating and friendly, the hotel was easy to navigate, fantastic location (walking distance to EVERYTHING you need), I loved my room so much too, it had everything and more.

An obvious upgrade being an IHG member. The view over the river. Proximety to city centre

Everything was. Good. Like always, Holiday Inn seem to have some of the best and comfortable beds and pillows

Perfect location and very clean, the staff were always friendly and helpful and the breakfast was perfect for those early mornings before work or when I returned from my night shift. Thank you so much team holiday inn Brisbane express!

We've stayed multiple times at The Holiday Inn Express, and have enjoyed each visit. This is a great location, with wonderful service and very comfortable and clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast is an added bonus. Excellent value for money :)

Breakfast was pretty good,although just one poorly functioning coffee machine was a bit annoying. We had fish and chips on our first night and sadly it was dreadful…inedible . I don’t think we will stay again, unfortunate as we’ve stayed at holiday inns before in other states and countries ,but this one just wasn’t up to par.

The breakfast is a great buffet style as typical for Holiday Inn Express, and the breakfast staff were fantastic.

Second stay with the family. Great hospitality. Late checkout with ihg rewards. Delicious in room Japanese dining. Substantive breakfast including churros. Central location.
