Holiday Inn Shanghai Jing'an is a 5-minute walk from Shanghai Railway Station, Shanghai Long-Distance Bus Terminal and Shanghai Tourism Center. Our stay at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Jing’an was wonderful! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the metro station, making it very convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. During our three-week holiday in China, we stayed at five different hotels across various cities, and this one has definitely been the best so far. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Manager Rachel for her warm welcome and thoughtful care throughout our stay — she truly made us feel at home. My two kids were thrilled to receive toys and goodie bags from the staff and happily said this is the best hotel they’ve ever stayed in! We highly recommend Holiday Inn Shanghai Jing’an for families and anyone looking for great service, comfort, and hospitality in Shanghai.

Our stay was made even better by the customer service we received from Cece. She made us feel welcome from the first minute. She spoke great English and guided us around the area to find food, groceries and even baby essentials as we were travelling with our 1 year old. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delightful and overall we had a fantastic stay. Thank you Cece for making our stay extra special!

This place exceeded my expectation, eventhough it's not right on Nanjing xilu, it's only 10 minute walk, or 5 minute cycling to get to Jing an temple. The hotel is really clean and comfortable, the lobby is modern, the staff speaks English well and very helpful.
