The rooms in the hotel are fitted with a flat-screen TV. All rooms feature a private bathroom and a Teufel Boomster™ sound system. People were so incredibly friendly there and very happy to help. The place was also very stylish and had a lot of that amazing Berlin charm to it - that heavy artsy East Berlin vibe to it while still being very clean and professional! There were interesting things like art workshops and it all seemed to celebrate how graffiti is not vandalism but an expression form. Train access (The Ring S41/42 and an U-Bahn line) is very close and useful

Offering a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a bar, Holiday Inn Berlin City East Side is located in the trendy Friedrichshain neighbourhood of Berlin. The popular East Side Gallery is a 2-minute walk. We chose this hotel because it was right next to the Uber Arena, where we attended a concert. The hotel staff was very responsive. Considering that we arrived earlier than the specified check-in time, we were able to check into our room earlier, without additional payment. Very close to the center of Berlin (shops, attractions).

The Holiday Inn is located in the Siemensstadt area of Berlin-Spandau, within walking distance of international companies such as Siemens. It was located just 10 minutes from our son and his wife which made our visit convenient. The staff was very helpful and efficient and we had a lovely suite with 2 bathrooms , large closets, etc. perfect for a 2 week stay.
