I love Akasaka and this hotel is a very convenient option to stay in the neihgborhood. The eletronic check in and out is very simple, the staff is helpful and the rooms are not wide but comfortable and well equipped and very clean. I appreciated the option to change towels/room clening upon request, the change machine in the lobby and the amenities available in the lobby, too.

breakfast 7 same every day dinner 7 not great Just ate at the RIHGA ROYAL Hotel OSAKA Buffet That was a 10! Best Ive ha in a long time. Can't wait for Breakfast.

The helpfulness, professionalism and kindness of the counter staff stood out to me. They also had excellent English skills, especially Suzuki-san & Ota-san. I used to assess customer service skills for large hotel chains in the US (Hyatt, Hilton, IHG)—Your young staff are well-trained and experienced staff are very motivated.

The staff at this hotel is truly excellent. World class customer service from a local hotel chain (that’s probably on par with Holiday Inn?) The team worked very hard to find my shirt that an external laundromat had lost — initially had reimbursed me $275USD (cost of the shirt) and then ultimately found it (yay!!!) The location is top notch for exploring Shinjuku and Shibuya.

location is amazing, close to Ginza line which can take you anywhere really room is pretty big for Tokyo size (not American holiday inn, but 2 people were pretty comfortable for 5 days) there is breakfast restaurant on site. it serves traditional Japanese breakfast so worth trying place is like sparkling clean they have washer and dryer for like 3-5$ so very convenient for doing laundry

This was a quick night stop with a late arrival and early morning departure from Narita Airport. Hotel is conveniently connected by a shuttle bus. Staff were helpful and I also got a room upgrade, probably thanks to my IHG status. It was one of the cheapest options around Narita that night - great value for money.
